PONTO DIGITAL

O Ponto Digital é um espaço que oferece recursos mídia, dedicado ao público jovem que visita o Instituto Itaú Cultural na Avenida Paulista. O espaço tornou-se um sucesso rapidamente, trazendo uma média de 500 pessoas por dia, a partir do dia da inauguração, em Maio de 2002. A idéia subjacente é a de disponibilizar a tecnologia na maneira mais descontraída, informal e confortável possível. Usamos formas orgânicas, matérias muito resistentes e cores intensas. O Centro disponibiliza uma coleção bastante reconhecida de vídeos, DVD, web arte, CDs além de uma seleção de canais TV ao vivo de diversas partes do mundo. O público é acolhido em grandes sofás coletivos e nichos individuais.

PONTO DIGITAL

Ponto Digital (Digital Spot) is a media resource space dedicated to the young audience that visits the Itaú Cultural Institute, located in downtown Dan Paulo. The space has become an instant success, reaching an average of 500 visitors a day since its opening in May 2002. The idea behind it is to make technology available in the most possible casual, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Using organic shapes, highly resistant materials and intense colours, the centre has a highly regarded media collection of videos, DVDs, web art, audio CDs and a selection of Live TV Channels from around the world. Viewers are welcome in a large collective sofa or in individual niches.
